London Syllabub Recipe

Ingredients:
600ml (1 pint) Double or Whipping Cream 
300ml (½ pint) Madeira or Marsala Wine 
1 tbsp Caster sugar 
Pinch Nutmeg. 

Method:

1. Whisk the cream until stiff, but do not over whisk. 
2. Mix the wine sugar, and nutmeg together. 
3. Divide between 4 to 6 tall glasses. 
4. Add the whipped cream to each glass. 
5. Leave in a cool place for several hours or overnight before serving.
