list all our prices in sterling pounds as we are based in Scotland, U.K.
However, you can pay with any currency using credit card or paypal. For

To use our
online shopping click the 'buy now' button
icon for the product you wish to
purchase. You can buy as many of the same item or different items as you
wish by adding amount to quantity.
You may be asked if you wish to view
non secure items click ok as this is only the shopping area; You are not
submitting any personal details at this stage. When you have finished your shopping
you will see a list of all the items you have
picked. You can remove or add any product during the shopping process by
simply amending the quantity amount. When you are happy with your choice
proceed to check out and you will be directed to PayPal *;
fill in your details for delivery, credit card or paypal payments.
*You do not need to have a Paypal account to
use the online shopping facility.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared
payment, unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 7 days for all U.K.
deliveries.
If you are placing a large order then please
visit our wholesale page or e-mail your
requirements for a postal discount, I will contact you with a combined
delivery charge before you
commit to buy.
Alternatively, if you are not comfortable using unfamiliar web sites then contact
me and I can arrange to list the items required via Ebay
(extra 50p charge per item). Alternatively, search our products under the
Ebay seller 'giggley0'.

If you are
not happy with submitting credit card details etc over the internet then
don't panic we also accept cheque and postal orders via post. To send
payment via post i.e. cheque / postal order please print out
your shopping cart direct or print out our blank order form by clicking
here. You can order as many items as you wish from different
crafters using the same order form.
We accept cheque or crossed postal order made payable to
Emma Brown, we
advise you not to send cash / uncrossed postal order unless by registered
post. Please post all orders to:
Emma Brown (E.C.), 2 South Port, Scottish Borders, Scotland,
United Kingdom, Europe, TD7
4AR.
(Please note that this is a postal address for our online business only,
private callers by appointment only.)
Security
Our online
shopping service is provided by paypal and all credit card details etc are
handled by their secure server. We are only forwarded address details for
delivery purposes. We do not have access to credit card details or paypal
payment details. Your information is not stored on the internet or any
publicly accessible computer system. If you have any doubts or queries
then please do not hesitate to contact either ourselves or paypal.
Cookies
If you have
any problems accessing the shopping basket then this may be due to your
cookies being disabled. The shopping cart requires cookies set on medium
or enabled so as to store information on your hard drive for the duration
of your stay on our site only ( i.e. it stores items you have added to
your cart so as to view them in basket)
If you have
checked your cookies and you are still having problems accessing the
on-line shopping, try changing your browser to outlook. If you are still
experiencing problems then please contact us
for a direct paypal payment link.
Replacement/Refund Policy
Replacement /
refund will be made if the item is defective.
We don't take responsibilities if the item is damaged by buyer's improper
operation.
Buyers must request their replacement / refund within 14 days after the
item was purchased.
Buyers are responsible for return postages cost.
The item must be returned with its original package before the replacement
/ refund is approved.
Buyers are required to return the items for Replacement / refund. We don't
take responsibilities if the returned item is lost when being sent
back.
The replacement / refund will be provided as soon as we confirm the
arrival of returned items.
Commissions, made to order items and earrings are non refundable.
Although, the above applies
to most of our members please confirm replacement / refund policies with
individual sellers before purchasing.
