Hi, my name is Cynthia, and I live in greater London. I have done some
type of crafting ever since I was a little girl, starting with hand knitting and
crocheting, moving on to cross stitch, needlepoint and various types of hand embroidery,
eventually taking up machine knitting, and most recently to cardmaking and
other papercrafting, which I especially love. A lot of thought, time, and
tender loving care goes into the items I make, and I do not exactly duplicate anything, so every one is different and unique. Items are
created and stored in a smoke-free environment.
I offer free personalisation, which can include names, ages, dates, greetings, verses (of which I have a large selection for almost every
occasion to choose from), words of your choice, etc., and which can be printed onto inserts (as one of many methods of
personalisation), for example, with a large selection of fonts and colours to choose from, and
although there are some card styles that do not lend themselves to inserts, there is usually still a way to personalise them.
I can also create a card(s), stationery set(s), and/or
related item(s). using your own personal photo.
Please send me
your e-mail address so I can e-mail you a photo of what the personalisation will look like for your approval before it is finalised.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual card descriptions, each card comes with an envelope and is presented in a cellophane bag.
I also accept custom orders. Please contact me via this site with your requirements in as much detail as possible along with your e-mail address
so I can e-mail you photo(s) of the item for your approval. In the case of a set, I will e-mail you an initial photo of the first component to see
if it is what you had in mind before continuing, and e-mail you photo(s) along the way as the set is progressing toward completion. When the item
has been completed and meets with your approval, I will e-mail you and then have it posted on this site for you to purchase. Please keep in mind
that a meeting of the minds and good communication is essential to ensure the best possible result.
Stock orders will usually be posted within 48 hours of receipt of payment,
or sooner, and a certificate of posting will be retained as proof of posting. Custom orders will obviously take longer than this.
I package items in the most protective way possible. In the case of cards,
depending on the size and thickness, I usually use all-board white envelopes or PIP cardboard boxes. Combined orders or larger items may be
sent in cardboard boxes or some other type of packaging that is appropriate to the situation, but every attempt will always be made to
ensure that your purchase(s) will reach you unscathed by the postal system. Unfortunately, once the goods have been posted, it's out of my
control as to what the postal system does with them.
Whenever possible, combined orders placed at the same time will receive a postage discount. Please ask for an invoice before paying.
